Ann Arbor Deep Tissue Massage with Sandy Castle

Hi, my name is Sandy Castle and I am a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist. I have been practicing massage in the Ann Arbor area for seven years. If you are looking for help with your chronic pain issues or you are an athlete who is looking for improved sport performance then you are in the right place.

In my seven years of practice I have developed an innovative and effective approach for the evaluation and treatment of pain and dysfunction. Work situations, posture, and sleep positions are some of the things that can contribute to muscular imbalance leading to chronic pain. I work with you to determine what is happening in your life that is affecting your pain or performance issues. Then we work together to get the muscles back to a state of balance so your body can be operating pain free at maximum capacity .

I use a combination of Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Therapy and proven sports techniques that include proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, Muscle Energy Techniques, Michael Young’s Muscle Release Technique, and static and active stretching.

Call (734) 891-8931 or email me today to schedule your appointment.

Testimonials

I met Sandy in 2004 at a Boot Camp exercise class. I mentioned to the instructor that I was having some shoulder pain and tingling in my hand. He brought Sandy over to me and within a few minutes she had assessed me, pinpointed my problem and recommended some stretching exercise. I noticed immediate improvement and decided to schedule an appointment. After the initial session with Sandy my shoulder pain was eliminated, but more importantly she helped me to improve my posture and taught me how to maintain my flexibility. I recommend Sandy to all my friends who have aches and pains or tweak a muscle.
